Work on Rice Boulevard

Work on Rice Boulevard will begin at Kirby and is planned to be completed by April 13. NO WORK will be done on the church's block of Rice from Greenbriar to Morningside, but it is best to plan to avoid Rice from Kirby to Morningside during this re-surfacing project.
