UPDATE 2 Repair to the Exterior of our Rice Village Buildings

Dear faithful people of Christ the King Lutheran Church,

Work by Juarez Painting on the major exterior painting, caulking, and repair of the exterior of our Rice Village buildings is continuing with no weather-related interruptions. The south side of our building, facing our off-Greenbriar parking lot, has had two coats of paint applied and caulking of windows and other exposed wood completed. Doors, door frames, and window frames have also been painted as you can see from the photos posted here.

All of us on the Property Maintenance Committee have recommended, and the council has approved, these projects, but Gaelyn Lesher and Amandus Derr share oversight of these this summer. Please feel free to direct any comments and questions to them.
