7:10 a.m. Imposition of AshesFamilies with young children are invited to gather in the courtyard for a special presentation of “Making of the Ashes” on Ash Wednesday evening, February 17, at 7:00 p.m. Those attending will learn the secrets behind how members of the Altar Guild prepare the ashes that the pastors use at Ash Wednesday services. Following this brief presentation, the evening service begins at 7:30 p.m. in the nave and lasts about 75 minutes. Childcare is provided in the nursery.
