Christ the King Lutheran Church will host one of eight ecumenical prayer services during the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity on Saturday, January 23, at 6:00 p.m. during the time of Taizé service. The Center for Faith and Culture on the campus of the University of St. Thomas has organized a series of eight ecumenical prayer services during the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. The Taizé chorus and the Chorus of Christ the King Church will lead in the singing of the Taizé songs with various instruments under the leadership of Mark Mummert. The service will not include Holy Communion. Pr. Moore will give the homily. Each service is a based on a verse from Luke 24.
