Scott Swanson Helps to Change the Lives of Texas Inmates
For over four years Rotary of Houston’s Fresh Start Committee has worked to get monitors and video tape equipment installed for a proposed “Information Network” at the Ramsey Unit for Administrational Segregation, a part of Texas Department of Corrections. Christ the King member and Rotarian, Scott Swanson, has helped make the “Information Network” a reality. Attached is just one of many thank you letters from Ad Seg inmates.
