We are fortunate that the 2009 ELCA Global Formation Event will be held October 2 & 3, 2009 at Living Word in Katy. This event, featuring plenary speakers Rev. Rafael Malpica Padilla, Executive Director of ELCA Global Mission, and Rev. Stephen Bouman, Executive Director of ELCA Evangelical Outreach and Congregational Mission, is designed to strengthen each congregation’s mission both locally and globally.
