Chatty Gourmet™ is a free web-based recipe site created to inspire home cooks from the novice to the adventurous to expand their skills and explore various types of cuisine with all its flavors, scents and colors. Our recipe section has over 500 recipes all created and tested by us – Michelle Doskocil and Julie Reihl. As busy mom’s we have included quick and easy recipes and meals that can be morphed into a completely different meal. As wives we have included special date night menus that do require some work. However, the work and effort is well worth it when you and your loved one can enjoy a peaceful, quiet and lingering meal in the comfort of your home that is a fraction of the price. We love to entertain and have our friends and family over to dine in our home where we can take our time to savor every bite, sip the perfect beverage and chat for hours! Each month we feature a rotation of theme menus that vary from elegant to simple to budget friendly. In the tradition of recipes, tools, techniques and beverages passed from family to family and friend to friend, Chatty Gourmet™ hopes to inspire home cooks to be great cooks with a style all their own.
