CCSC Back-to-School Service Opportunity

All Luther League youth, parents, and friends are invited to the annual Back-to-School event at Faith Lutheran Church in Bellaire on Friday, August 8 at 7:30 a.m. to help distribute school supplies and clothes to families in need. Spanish-speaking volunteers are needed to help with the many non-English speaking clients. All volunteers should meet at Faith Lutheran Church located at 4600 Bellaire Blvd at 7:30 a.m. for check-in and orientation. The Luther League will gather after the event for lunch at Cindi Scruggs’ house. Christian Community Service Center (CCSC) is a non-profit organization serving the inner city Houston community while respecting their religious, ethnic or cultural differences.
