Work Day in Church Courtyard
Battling Dr. Pepper deprivation and humidity, Luther Leaguers, adults and their foremen pulled out wheelbarrows and shovels on May 10 to move 3½ tons of donated gravel from the church parking lot to the two live oak trees in the church courtyard. The gravel was spread around the bases of the trees to cover exposed roots and dirt areas. New member Harold Mathis was greeted with special enthusiasm because he brought a two wheeled, extra deep wheelbarrow of which the youth relieved him right away! Thanks to all members who participated.
