David Brondos is an ELCA missionary serving in Mexico, where he has worked with the Lutheran Church since 1984. He teaches at the Theological Community of Mexico, an ecumenical consortium of Seminaries in Mexico City that includes Augsburg Lutheran Seminary, helping to prepare students for ministry.
This year’s Lenten Soup Supper and Lenten mid-week services offerings went to support David’s work in Mexico City. We contributed $1500 to David’s general support and $1000 to a scholarship fund for a seminarian.
He will be in Houston on Sunday, June 15 to preach at both services and give a presentation at the Sunday Forum at 9:45 a.m. in the basement classroom.
