Young Adult and Rice Student Mission Trip to New Orleans
March 5-9: Rice students will team up with young adults from Houston area congregations to do general clean up in New Orleans. They will be staying at Gethsemane Lutheran Church located in Chalmette, LA. On Sunday, Pr. Fuerst will give Pr. Jim Shear a break from preaching. Please pray for all who continue to struggle with the hurricane recovery effort.
March 16-22: Pr. Fuerst will accompany a group of U of H students on a mission trip to New Orleans. Yes, it will be déjà vu for Pastor Fuerst, but not for the students. The group is will be comprised of students from other campus ministries at the University of Houston.
