CCSC owes great thanks and recognition to two special volunteers: Nancy Cook (Christ the King Church member) and Diane Konen! Both women have steadily volunteered at the Emergency Services program for several years, yet they took their commitment to a higher level by helping computerize the Emergency Services program. Nancy and Diane have invested countless hours of work researching software and hardware options, organizing a proposal to computerize the program, fine-tuning the database to accommodate CCSC’s unique service design, developing volunteer instruction manuals, and preparing training sessions for volunteers. After much patience and hard work, the project is underway and sure to make operations even more efficient, effective and client focused. Thank you for your “above and beyond” efforts!
