Piano Concert
Trefor Smith, internationally acclaimed
concert pianist, returns to Christ the King Church on Thursday, March
8, at 7:30 p.m. His recital program will feature works by Beethoven,
Schubert, Debussy, and Liszt. Trefor Smith, born in Scotland, has played concerts
throughout Europe, Poland, Russia, Turkey and India, as well as in the United
States; he is also a professor at the Conservatory in Hamburg, Germany. He has
been praised by critics for his “sense for nuance and poetry.” The
concert will be held in the parish hall. There is no admission charge; a free-will
offering will be accepted.
