Bishop Zoule and Simone Biago-diari from the Central African Republic will Speak at Adult Forum on October 16.
Simone is chair of the Women of the Lutheran Church in C.A.R. Our Synod has committed to helping two North Dakota Synods in building a Safe Haven and Training Center for young women and girls in CAR. At present a limited number of Lutheran girls are enrolled in a Catholic High School. Without educational support, girls of 13 have only the prospect of an early marriage arranged for them.
