Luther League Valentine Dinner A Beautiful
Success

We want to thank everyone that participated in the Valentine dinner Saturday,
February 12! Thank you to all the wonderful patrons that came and dined with us
in our Pairish Hall of Love. Without you, this would not have been possible. Thank
you to Courtney Harper who planned, shopped, and cracked the whip all day with
us in the kitchen to create the gourmet delights to serve our guests. We hope
you enjoyed yourself. We want you to come back and do it again someday! Thank
you to all our other adult volunteers that helped make this a grand success: Barbara
Maseberg, Lucky Sahualla, Cindi Scruggs, Mary Wargo, Irmi Willcockson and their
abandoned spouses at the dinner that night. We appreciate you letting our adult
volunteers be with us all day to keep us in line. Thank you to our Campus Ministry
gang that came and helped us out so much: Jeffrey Hokanson (who slaved in the
kitchen all day), Adrienne Winston (who provided lovely piano music), and Joseph
Winston (who helpled provide childcare for a large gang of little ones). One last
thank you is to Thrivent for providing matching funds for this event. With their
support, we were able to turn a wonderful success into an amazing one!
