Part II of the Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on February 6, at 12:45 p.m. in the parish hall. Primary items on the agenda are the adoption of the budget for 2005, a proposal for which was presented at Part I of the meeting and a vote on the new constitution. A second draft of the proposed constitution is available from the church office or on the website. In addition, the Council will present its statement of missional emphasis for the new year and the annual report for the year 2004.
A catered lunch will be provided prior to the meeting. Typically this meeting takes less than an hour. Everyone is strongly encouraged to attend.
