Co-sponsored by The Melanchthon Institute and Lutheran Social Services of the South, a seminar on Organizational Leadership & Spirituality for leaders in corporations, non-profit organizations, and congregations will be offered on February February 25 and 26 at Memorial Drive Lutheran Church. The Rev. Brad Hanson and Dr. Kurt Senske will present practical, timely ideas about how to integrate one’s personal faith and convictions into one’s leadership responsibilities and opportunities to guide and shape organizations. Pastor Hanson, our guest Theologian in Residence, has led this retreat in other areas. He brings his background in spiritual direction and systematic theology to enrich and compliment Dr. Kurt Senske’s work in equipping leaders for their vital roles in shaping the direction and mission of the organizations they lead. Dr. Senske authored Executive Values: A Christian Approach to Organizational Leadership.
