For A Healthy 2005

It’s not too early to start planning healthy goals for 2005! Begin by taking this inventory and build a personal plan for 2005.

Here’s to health!

        1. Have I had a complete physical in the past year?
        2. Have I had an eye exam in the past year?
        3. Have our family members been to the dentist in the past 6 months?
        4. Are my children’s immunizations up to date?
        5. When I’m thirsty do I make drinking water my first choice?
        6. Do I exercise 30 minutes on most days?
        7. Do the cupboards in my home reflect healthy food choices?
        8. Do I take time to pursue hobbies and other interests?
        9. Do I make time to share my time and talents with others?
        10. Do I make time for daily meditation and prayer?
