Plans are underway for Christ the King's annual church fair. Recognizing the connection between health and faith, there will be several booths or activities dedicated to health promotion and maintenance. Please come by and check out information from:

Diabetes is reaching epidemic proportions. Learn how to assess risk factors and stay healthy.

AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY

Learn more about what to look for and what screenings are right for you. Mary Jo Rapini, licensed therapist, will be at this booth to address questions about the psychosocial aspects of cancer.

AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION

Learn the importance of "knowing your numbers" (cholesterol and blood pressure).

Discover ways to learn how to keep yourself and your family safe.

HEALTHY SNACK CHOICES FOR KIDS (and adults too!)
