A Note from Lutherhill

Dear Partners in Christ:

We thought you would like to know what happened to the very generous $12,870.48 you gave us as a result of your wonderful fall dinner and auction. We bought Gene Citzler a new tractor. Well, it was a used tractor, but it was new to Gene. The one he had been using was here at Lutherhill when he arrived in 1970 and had been in continuous use all this time.

He is thrilled to have the new tractor. The camp is benefiting a great deal from it as well. The new tractor can do so much more than the old one could. We're better able to maintain our roads: we're able to clear out our own lumber as needed: and the mowing goes much more smoothly.

We are very grateful to you and excited about all the possibilities for upkeep of the camp with the purchase of this "new" tractor.

Thank you and blessings,

The Rev. Kathryn M. Haueisen
