Religious Media Opportunity for a Lutheran Woman

Here is an interesting opportunity for a Bread for the World activist who is

1. a woman,
2. Lutheran (ELCA), and
3. a passionate and eloquent writer

The "Reader Call" column for the October 2003 issue of Lutheran Woman Today asks, "What cause are you passionate about? Tell us how you are involved and how you advocate with others to make a positive change in the world." It's just a 300-word essay they're looking for.

This seems like the perfect chance for a Bread for the World activist to share her excitement with other church folks. The submission deadline is June 16 (yes, for an October issue).
