The Christian Community Service Center is pleased to announce that Nancy Cook will serve as President of Board of Directors for 2003. She has volunteered in a variety of positions with CCSC over the past several years: Emergency Services Interviewer and Day Lead, Board of Representatives Member, Treasurer, Child Care Committee Member, and Vision Screening Project Volunteer.
Nancy offers a unique perspective to the ministry. She's an active member of Christ the King Lutheran Church, devoted wife to Russell, loving mother of Courtney and Scott.
"I look forward to working with everyone involved with CCSC as we focus on reaffirming the covenant between CCSC and its member churches. In a time when there are many challenges to CCSC in terms of funding and increased needs in the community, it's important to strengthen our partnership with our churches so that together we can carry out the ministry to which we are called in our mission statement."
