Adult Catechesis
Adult Catechesis is offered each Sunday
9:45 - 10:45 a.m. in the conference room on the third floor. Participants may
enter the class on any Sunday. There will also be a weekend class beginning Friday,
May 2, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and continuing Saturday, May 3, from 9:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. The Lutheran Church believes that church membership should be undertaken
deliberately following careful instruction in the faith. At Christ the King Church
instruction is based on the Small Catechism written by Martin Luther over 400
years ago. Classes are open to inquirers, those seeking membership, and members
wishing to refresh their memory on some of the basic tenets of our faith.
