Part II of the Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on February 2 at 12:30 p.m. in the parish hall. A primary item on the agenda is the adoption of the new budget for 2003, a proposal for which was presented at Part I of the meeting. In addition, the Council will present its statement of missional emphasis for the new year and the annual report for the year 2002.
A catered lunch will be provided prior to the meeting. Typically this meeting takes less than an hour. Everyone is strongly encouraged to attend.
