The Annual Congregational Meeting: Part I will be December 8, 12:30 p.m., in the parish hall. Hungry's Café will cater lunch for adults and children before the meeting .
Members will be asked to elect three people to 3-year terms on Church Council. Church Council will present a slate of three names; additional nominations may be made from the floor.
The Budget Committee will present a draft of the proposed budget for 2003 for an intial review. Based on member input and the pledges received in November and December, the Committee, along with Church Council, will develop final budget recommendations to present at Part II of the Annual Meeting. Part II is currently scheduled for February 2, 2003.
Typically this meeting takes less than an hour. All members are encouraged to participate.
