Young Adult Perspectives (“YAP” for short) is our Young Adults group that now meets on the 1st and 3rd Friday evenings of each month at 8:00 p.m. All students and young adults are welcome! One of the meetings each month will be a social gathering, while the other will be more educationally focused. Our planned YAP meetings in August and September are as follows:
Friday, August 4: Yoga class at Christ the King Lutheran Church
Friday, August 18: Weekend tubing trip (Fri-Sun) to New Braunsfels
Friday, September 1: Game night (location TBA)
Friday, September 15: Discussion of different church denominations, including a history of the Lutheran Church and the differences among the Lutheran synods (ELCA, Missouri, Wisconsin)
