Thank you, Tim Lenz and Adrienne Winston!
Thanks to our part-time, once-a-month youth
minister Tim Lenz, our high school youth were able to attend this year’s
Synod Senior High Youth Gathering. Tim and Adrienne Winston served as sponsors.
Attending from our congregation were Matthew, Timothy, and Nathaniel Winston,
Andrea Salas, Nicole Wilson, and two other youth who joined our group. The Synod
annual Youth Gatherings introduce our youth to youth of other congregations in
the area, give them a vision of the larger church at work in the world, and offer
leadership development opportunities beyond what one congregation can provide.
