Dr. Brad and Marion Hanson will be with us as guests of The Melanchthon Institute from January 3 through February 20. Brad Hanson will teach a Thursday evening course on Faith and Loss. The class will meet here at Christ the King Lutheran Church at 7:00 p.m. from January 12 - February 16. The class will meet in the adult classoom in the basement.
Participants are asked to read C.S. Lewis’ The Problem of Pain and A Grief Observed. Both books are available on the book cart in the narthex.
Marion will be leading a series on “Contemplative Prayer” Wednesday evenings from 6:45 – 7:30 p.m. January 11 - February 15.
